When no CKYC record exists: branch staff captures documents, or the customer uploads digitally with remote OTP consent. 8-step validated upload to CERSAI with automatic field validation and image quality checks.

Record Download & Retrieval
OTP sent to customer's mobile at branch; staff verifies and record is downloaded. Remote: OTP delivered to customer's device; customer verifies online. In both cases, the form is pre-filled automatically, with no manual data entry.
